Below are instructions for ordering and installing your digital box.
As a tenant, you need to contact Telia directly to order a TV box.
The TV box is free of charge, and installation assistance from Telia can also be ordered at no cost when placing your order.

The TV Package “Bas” is included with your accommodation. You can add additional TV packages or broadband at any time. With broadband, you can also add telephony.

Activate Your Services

  1. Visit telia.se/aktivera
  2. Enter your address

After activating the included services for your accommodation, you’ll have the option to switch to another TV package by logging into Mitt Telia.

Find Codes on Mitt Telia

Log in to telia.se/mitt-telia using BankID.

If you have a TV package with us, you’ll find the codes (identification code and control code) needed to activate your TV service. You can also get started with the free Telia Play service, giving you access to your TV content on all your screens, anywhere within the EU/EES.

Connect Your Equipment

At telia.se/komigang, you’ll find simple guides on how to connect your equipment and get started with your services.

The equipment is either already in your home, with your property owner, or will be sent to you upon activation. What is included in the property’s fiber outlet will be clarified during activation. Contact us at 020-20 20 70 if you have any questions.

Once your services are activated and your equipment is set up, you can start watching TV.

My Telia is your personal page. Here, you can view all your services with us, access invoices and confirmations, set up services, and adjust your subscriptions.
